Get ready for hassle-free laundry days with our complimentary 13-gallon laundry totes! As long as your tote zips, we are happy to take it off your hands. When you sign up, we will deliver as many totes as you need for a week's worth of laundry for your household. For families wanting to keep laundry separated by person, please let us know how many individuals will need a tote so we can bring the appropriate amount for your first pickup.

Welcome to our laundry service! Each laundry tote comes with a personalized tag for every family member, making it easy to keep track of preferences. On the back of the tag, you can select your favorite dryer sheet scent, indicate which items you would like folded or hung up, and specify any delicate cycle requests. Please remember, we are not a dry cleaner, and all clothing will be dried in a dryer. Any clothes that you wish to hang up will be draped over the other clothes, but still inside the tote.

We will not charge your card in advance. You will only be charged when we physically pick up your laundry. If you wish to stop service, simply let us know and we will remove your house from our route until services are required again. We accept Cash App, Cash, Check, or Pay Pal through this website.  

We prioritize the cleanliness of your clothes – that's what we do! To set clear expectations, we want inform you that, at this time, we won't be addressing individual stains on clothing or providing services like sewing, stitching buttons, or repairing holes in jeans. However, we may be able to offer these services in the future!

We know the wording is a little confusing, but we do feel this is the best way to give our customers great value while not "losing our shirts" in the process.

Here is a scenario to hopefully simplify things:

If you refer someone that has 4 scheduled totes per week and we picked up their laundry for 3 weeks in a row, they will get their 4th week of totes on the house! On the same week, you would also enjoy a free service for all of your scheduled totes.
